The Spring Summer Fall Program
Capitol Pest Management’s “Spring – Summer – Fall Program” is an annual protection plan that focuses treatment during the months where pests are most prevalent in the Treasure Valley. While each of your scheduled pest treatments take place during the Spring, Summer and Fall seasons, this program also covers unexpected pest situations throughout the year.
No Contracts
We offer pest control for our residential customers with the “Spring – Summer – Fall Program”. Although we encourage our customers to maintain regular service, there are no contracts. Our service agreements can be cancelled at any time, and without penalty.

Termite Inspections
When purchasing a property, a standard building inspection is not enough. Looking specifically for wood destroying organisms is not easy. We have exceptional experience and ongoing training for our technicians.
Termite Pretreatment & Treatments
Prevention is important in new construction. In addition, we find that a termite pretreatment is required for closing some property loans. We have had extensive experience in this area and our warranty cannot be beat! We also offer post-construction perimeter treatment to prevent termite infestation.
We also are finding that when existing properties are being sold, the buyers’ mortgagee will sometimes require a termite inspection. We can completely and thoroughly inspect the property. We maintain all licensing, special training and insurance to comply with underwriting requirements to insure the process is done correctly.
If you have discovered that termites are already actively assaulting your foundation, we can treat the infestation and repair the damaged the area. We also have licensed and insured contractors that can repair the damage completely, and guarantee all workmanship.

Capitol Pest Management’s “Quarterly Pest Control Program” is a Quarterly protection plan that focuses treatment every quarter, for some qualified businesses. While each of your scheduled pest treatments takes place on a quarterly basis, this program also covers some unexpected pest situations during the quarter. Ask if your company qualifies for the Quarterly Pest Control Program!

Bigger than an insect
You may, at some time have a pest issue that is a little bit bigger than an insect. We have had many unique opportunities here in the Treasure Valley. Call us if something larger than a bug, Bugs you. We will inspect the property to correctly identify the pest. Then we will make the determination of the best approach to control the wildlife we are targeting. We will trap or otherwise remove the pest. We can even repair the damage, and exclude the structure from further wildlife damage. Protected Species
In some cases, the animal is a protected species. This limits when or how we can successfully exclude the animal from a structure. We are very careful that we follow all guidelines when trapping or excluding an animal. Because we know and follow specific guidelines very closely, we can be exceptionally successful.
Property Damage
Property damage often occurs when wildlife is near. We have licensed and insured contractors that we work closely with, that can repair the damage completely, and guarantee all workmanship. Sometimes the removal and damage can even be a claim on your homeowners insurance.
When controlling wildlife, our policy is to catch and release any animal that we can. Understand there are some animals that we cannot release back into the wild because of illness or potential danger to people and livestock.

This Membership Program does not include specialty pests such as BedBugs, Flies, Carpet Beetles, Stored product pests, bats, birds, Elm Seed, Box Elder and Wood Destroying Organisms.
